Digital Marketing Executive

Auto Workforces is an automotive recruitment and staffing company connecting automotive businesses with skilled talent across India and Canada, including dealerships, service centres, collision repair businesses and parts departments.

We are looking for a proactive, organised Digital Marketing Executive to manage paid campaigns, keyword planning, social media publishing and AI-assisted content creation. The role focuses on consistent execution, lead generation and measurable improvement.

Google Ads & Meta Ads

• Set up, monitor and optimise Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
• Support audience targeting, budget monitoring, creative testing, and tracking of leads, CPL, CTR and conversions.

Keyword planning & SEO

• Research keywords using Google Keyword Planner; identify high-intent terms for ads, landing pages, website content and SEO.
• Support competitor research and basic on-page SEO to improve relevant traffic and campaign quality.

Social media & AI content

• Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, maintaining a monthly content calendar.
• Publish one social media post per day and create at least one AI-generated short-form video per week.
• Use tools such as Canva, ChatGPT and AI video generators to create captions, creatives, reels and promotional content.

Analytics & reporting

• Review leads, spend, reach, engagement and conversions; share a concise weekly report with insights and next steps.

• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, keyword research and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Familiarity with social media management, content scheduling, basic creative design and AI content tools.
• Basic understanding of lead-generation metrics, with good communication, organisation and time-management skills.
• 0–2 years of experience. Freshers with relevant projects or a portfolio are welcome.
• Preferred tools: Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics 4, Canva, ChatGPT and AI video tools.

We value a self-starter who takes ownership, follows the content schedule, works independently and looks for practical ways to improve campaign results.

• Monthly salary of ₹15,000 – ₹20,000.
• Full-time, working from our office in Zirakpur, Punjab.
• Alternate Saturdays off.
