We are hiring an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to manage service consultations, coordinate workshop activities, and ensure timely vehicle delivery with high customer satisfaction.

Salary:

₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience)

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor

• Fresher with ITI/Diploma in Mechanical are also Welcomed

Education Qualification:

• Graduation mandatory

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech preferred

Candidate Requirement:

• Male candidate required

• Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Description:

The Service Advisor will act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, responsible for understanding vehicle issues, preparing job cards, coordinating service work, and ensuring smooth vehicle delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand vehicle service or repair concerns

• Prepare accurate job cards and explain service estimates

• Coordinate with technicians and workshop team for timely repairs

• Monitor job progress and conduct regular customer follow-ups

• Ensure adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time) commitments

• Handle customer queries and resolve service-related issues

• Conduct final vehicle delivery, explaining work done and billing

• Maintain service records and update details in DMS/CRM

• Support billing and invoicing process

Key Skills Required:

• Strong customer handling and communication skills

• Service coordination and follow-up management

• Job card preparation and service documentation

• Basic technical understanding of vehicle systems

• Time management and problem-solving skills
