Job Summary:

We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer calling, follow-ups, and lead coordination for the automobile department.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound/inbound calls to customers and leads

Follow up for inquiries, test drives, and feedback

Maintain customer database and call records

Coordinate with sales and service teams

Ensure customer satisfaction and timely responses

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months calling experience (mandatory)

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge

Languages preferred: Hindi & English (regional language is a plus)

Polite, confident, and customer-focused personality
