Job Summary

The Washing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the vehicle washing team, ensuring quality cleaning standards, timely delivery, proper use of materials, and maintaining discipline and safety in the wash bay.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of car washing staff.

• Assign duties and monitor performance of washers.

• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, dried, and delivered as per dealership standards.

• Inspect vehicles after wash for quality check.

• Maintain washing equipment, chemicals, and tools.

• Train new staff on washing procedures and safety.

• Coordinate with service advisors for vehicle readiness.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of wash area.

• Ensure water usage and chemicals are handled efficiently.

• Report damages, shortages, or operational issues to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in car wash or automobile service area.

• Basic education (10th/12th preferred).

• Leadership and team handling skills.

• Knowledge of washing chemicals and equipment.

• Physically fit and able to work in fast-paced environment.
