Job Title: Denter / Denting Technician

Job Summary

The Denter is responsible for repairing vehicle body damage, restoring panels to original shape, and preparing vehicles for painting while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair dents, scratches, and damaged body panels.

• Use denting tools, welding equipment, and fillers properly.

• Remove and refit damaged parts like doors, fenders, bumpers, etc.

• Align panels and check body measurements.

• Coordinate with painters for smooth finishing.

• Inspect vehicles for hidden structural damage.

• Maintain tools and ensure workplace cleanliness.

• Follow safety procedures and workshop guidelines.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in automobile or relevant trade preferred.

• 2–5 years experience in denting work (dealership/workshop preferred).

• Knowledge of denting tools, welding, and panel alignment.

• Ability to work under deadlines.

• Physically fit and detail-oriented.
