Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay Rate: $20–$25 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join an automotive repair facility in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience working in an independent automotive repair shop or dealership. Protractor software knowledge is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and recommend appropriate services.

• Communicate repair requirements, estimates, and service timelines clearly to customers.

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient vehicle repairs and timely service delivery.

• Prepare service estimates, work orders, and invoices.

• Provide customers with regular updates on repair progress and additional service recommendations.

• Use Protractor software to manage service records, estimates, and work orders.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive service experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an independent automotive repair shop or dealership.

• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle repairs and maintenance.

• Knowledge of Protractor software.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and manage multiple service requests.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience.

• Location: Mississauga, Ontario.
