Warehouse Supervisor / Team Lead

Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour
Working Hours: 30–40 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of four employees. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to organize inventory, coordinate team activities, and keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of four employees.
• Oversee unpacking and handling of incoming skids.
• Organize, sort, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Ensure products are properly stored and accessible.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor team productivity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Coordinate daily operations and resolve workflow issues.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Candidate Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of warehouse or retail experience.
• Previous experience at Walmart or similar retail stores is an asset.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Motivated, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Ability to take initiative and manage a small team.
