About the Opportunity

Auto Workforces Inc. is hiring an experienced Collision Estimator on behalf of an established collision repair facility in British Columbia. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with at least 2 years of collision estimating experience, strong knowledge of ICBC procedures, and hands-on experience with Mitchell Repair Software.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate collision repair estimates, managing insurance claims, coordinating repair plans, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, insurance representatives, technicians, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed collision repair estimates.

• Handle ICBC estimates, supplements, and claim documentation.

• Develop comprehensive repair plans and identify required repair operations.

• Coordinate with ICBC representatives and insurance companies.

• Work closely with technicians, parts departments, and production teams.

• Manage repair files from initial estimates through completion.

• Communicate repair updates and timelines to customers.

• Maintain accurate estimates, supplements, and repair documentation.

• Support efficient shop workflow and repair schedules.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of collision estimating experience.

• Hands-on experience with Mitchell Repair Software.

• Strong knowledge of ICBC claims, insurance rules, and procedures.

• Experience preparing estimates and managing supplements.

• Good understanding of collision repair processes and repair planning.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple repair files efficiently.
